Three Attorneys At Hammerle, Finley & Scroggins Achieve Texas Super Lawyer Status
DALLAS, Sept. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Hammerle, Finley & Scroggins is pleased to announce today that three of the firm's attorneys have been recognized as Texas Super Lawyers, a prestigious designation bestowed to the state's top legal counsel by Super Lawyers Magazine.
Virginia Hammerle, Mark L. Scroggins, and Robert S. Morris earned spots on the 2014 list of Texas Super Lawyers, an independent rating service of attorneys in more than 70 practice areas. Ms. Hammerle was listed in the area of business litigation. Mr. Scroggins was recognized in the family law practice area. Mr. Morris was recognized in the estate planning field.
Super Lawyers represent the top 5 percent of Texas attorneys who have acquired a superior level of professional achievement as well as received peer recognition.
The honor is significant for Ms. Hammerle because 2014 marks the third consecutive year that she has been named to the list. She founded the law firm in 1984.
Ms. Hammerle is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Her specialties include business litigation and elder law.

Mr. Morris has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of Elder Law, Business and Real Estate Litigation, Appeals, Probate, Guardianships, and Mediation. Mr. Morris possesses extensive experience as a mediator. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
