In this role, Tompkins will oversee and lead all global sales functions across the Americas and will be reporting directly into Thycotic's President and Chief Executive Officer, James Legg. Tompkins will be tasked with growing the world-class sales program and developing its global sales strategies.

Tompkins managed integration of MetaVis Technologies, where he was the vice president of worldwide sales and marketing. He also held senior sales management positions at Apptio, NetIQ, PentaSafe (acquired by NetIQ) and Idera Software (acquired by Metalogix & TA Associates). Tompkins holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in finance from Temple University and a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in classical painting from The Glassell School of Art.
