NEW ORLEANS, Sept. 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Witches Brew Tours (http://witchesbrewtours.com/), together with Where Y'At Magazine, is pleased to announce the first annual HAUNTED Halloween Costume Ball on October 22. The festivities will be held at Generations Hall in New Orleans, just a short distance from the French Quarter. A full night of diverse entertainment is in store, and tickets are available now through October 21.
The HAUNTED Ball kicks off at 9 p.m. on Sunday, October 22 and is open to ticket holders 21 and older; the event wraps up at 3 a.m. Costumes are required, and the dress code will be enforced. Everyone is encouraged to get creative in selecting a fun and memorable "haunted" persona for the evening.
Three separate rooms of entertainment will keep Generations Hall hopping through the wee hours. In the Big Room, The Knife Confession will take the stage first; then, shock illusionist Dan Sperry, aka "the Anti-Conjurer," will mystify and horrify the audience from 9:15 to 10 p.m. An internationally renowned illusionist from age 17, Sperry has headlined the Magic Castle in Hollywood and toured the world showcasing his incredible talent and making magic cool again.
Following Sperry's jaw-dropping performance, She Wants Revenge will bring the rest of the house down with their post-punk/gothic brand of hard rock. Hailing from sunny Southern California, She Wants Revenge has contributed music to hit television shows like "American Horror Story" and "Fringe." Meanwhile, DJ Gen X and DJ Darkwave will be spinning the hottest industrial, trance and goth tunes in Metropolitan One.
NOLA's own Bad Girls of Burlesque will be the featured entertainment in Metropolitan Two from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. A house DJ will then keep the mood hype from 11:30 p.m. onwards. Out in the Courtyard, a host of performers are scheduled to provide entertainment. "Captain Jack Sparrow" and Witches Brew's own psychic medium are just a couple of the acts guests can expect to see.
Several ticket options are available for revelers interested in different kinds of entertainment. These include DJ-only tickets, bands-only tickets, and burlesque and buffet tickets. A cash bar is open to all ticket holders. The all-nighter ticket grants entry to every room, while the all-nighter buffet ticket also includes a smorgasbord of party cuisine from Fleur di Lis Catering. VIP tickets include everything mentioned above and provide access to an elevated area giving full view to the entertainment below; only a very limited supply of VIP tickets remain.
Early bird tickets to HAUNTED are no longer available; however, standard-priced tickets can be purchased online through October 21, while supplies last. Tickets may be available at the door from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., but these are expected to sell quickly.
The HAUNTED Halloween Ball represents Witches Brew Tours' first foray into live, themed parties. The company hopes to add two more annual balls soon and become the premier party organizer in New Orleans.
