TigerLogic Announces Appointment of Roger Rowe as Acting CEO
PORTLAND, Ore., March 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- TigerLogic Corporation (Nasdaq: TIGR) today announced that it has promoted Roger Rowe to Acting CEO to streamline its executive management team and maintain focus on achieving its business goals. Mr. Rowe joined TigerLogic earlier this year as CFO bringing more than 30 years experience in financial, business and investor relations to the company. Roger will retain his role as CFO of TigerLogic. Brad Timchuk, the company's previous CEO, has left the company to pursue other interests. The company has no plans to conduct a CEO search at this time.

Justin Garrity, who was appointed to the role of president in September 2014, has taken on the added responsibility of managing sales for the company's Postano product line. Since joining the company in 2013, Mr. Garrity has been responsible for the development of the Postano product line, including the recently introduced Postano Command Center that empowers brands with a holistic view of brand, campaign, and social data to gain advanced insight into consumer trends.
