Tim McCauley named Corporate Controller of Northern Tier Energy LLC; Lesley Zaun joins Northern Tier Energy LLC as Deputy General Counsel

RIDGEFIELD, Conn., May 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Northern Tier Energy LLC announced today that Tim McCauley has been named Corporate Controller.  In this role Tim will be responsible for the accounting operations and financial reporting of the company.

Tim joined Northern Tier Energy LLC in March 2011 as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis.  Prior to Northern Tier Energy, Tim worked as the Director of Financial Reporting and Planning at Presstek Corporation.  Tim has also held various financial management positions at Eastman Kodak Company, Kodak Polychrome Graphics and Amphenol Corporation.  Tim started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where his last position was senior manager in their audit practice.

In addition, Lesley Zaun has joined the company as Deputy General Counsel, reporting to Peter Gelfman , Vice President & General Counsel.  Most recently, Ms. Zaun was a partner at the Dorsey & Whitney law firm in Minneapolis.  Since Northern Tier Energy's formation, Ms. Zaun has worked on various transactional matters and other projects for the company as outside counsel.  Ms. Zaun is based in our Woodbury, Minnesota office.
