Timber Block formally entered the United States a few years ago when it opened its first corporate model home. In a little over two years, the U.S. operation has exceeded all of its goals. Specifically, sales performance over the last twelve months has demanded expansion.
Timber Block's USA President, Craig Johnson says, "Residential construction growth is only part of the reason Timber Block continues to grow. Timber Block was fortunate enough to grow even during the residential housing collapse. However, just as we were able to grow during tough times our growth has continued, just on a much higher curve than in earlier years. Our people and our ability to generate quality leads, develop them, and then deliver on our promise, are the key drivers of our success."
Timber Block will provide a protected sales territory, dealer training, lead generation and help with local marketing initiatives. In addition, Timber Block is committed to their dealer's success, therefore every dealer/partner enjoys continuous support from the corporate office, in marketing, training, sales, and operations.
Timber Block continues to enjoy an enormous advantage in the home building industry, particularly in the wood, contemporary wood, and log home environment. Due to constantly evolving building codes related to increased energy efficiency, many log home companies are struggling to meet the insulation values required of them. Smart, educated consumers are discovering that Timber Block almost doubles existing code requirements even in their most basic homes. Timber Block homes have R-30 walls & R-40 roof insulation, which is standard in every home. In early 2015, an R-36 wall insulation option was launched to satisfy the demand for an even more robust insulation and structural option.
Timber Block USA President Craig Johnson says, "The new release of dealerships clearly indicates Timber Block's desire to pivot toward an increased mix of local representation. One of the keys to our continued success is locating and engaging the right partners in the right markets. We believe that hiring exceptional people, local representation for our brand, delivering on our promise, and the kind recommendations of our thrilled homeowners will ensure we continue our incredible growth.
