TIME FOR FUN renews lease of Citibank Hall Rio until 2018

SAO PAULO, July 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- T4F Entretenimento S.A. ("T4F") (BM&FBovespa: SHOW3) - TIME FOR FUN (T4F), the leader in the live entertainment industry in Latin America, hereby announces that it has renewed the long-term lease of Citibank Hall, in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

The contract provides for the exclusive right to operate the venue until 2018 under the same current format, in which T4F holds total control of the venue's calendar and naming rights, ticketing, and sales of food, beverages and merchandising.

Opened in 1994, Citibank Hall is the most important indoor venue for live shows in Rio de Janeiro, with a total capacity of 8,500 people, having already hosted many big national and international music names, including Coldplay, Oasis, Bob Dylan, Ringo Starr, Iron Maiden, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Linkin Park, Santana, Mana, Simply Red, Ozzy Osbourne, Yanni, Laura Pausini, Luis Miguel, Pavarotti and José Carreras, as well as many others.

The renewal of the lease to control Citibank Hall is part of T4F's plan to have a verticalized presence in the major live entertainment markets of South America. Besides Rio de Janeiro, T4F now operates all its venues under long-term lease agreements, including maturities by up to 2019.
