Timken directors declare quarterly cash payout of 23 cents per share

CANTON, Ohio, Feb. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR; www.timken.com) board of directors today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 23 cents per share. The dividend is payable on March 5, 2013, to shareholders of record as of Feb. 20, 2013.

This marks the 363rd consecutive quarterly dividend paid on the common stock of the company since Timken was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1922, one of the longest running dividend records among NYSE-listed companies.
