Transit Advertising Leader Signs New Contract in Charlotte

NEW YORK, April 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Titan has been awarded a 5-year contract in Charlotte, for the exclusive right to sell advertising on the city's buses, and light rail vehicles.

The new contract, won competitively, begins June 1, 2011. The advertising agreement covers exterior and interior bus and exterior advertising on the CATS light rail system as well.  CATS had not allowed advertising on its vehicles for over 10 years prior to this award so this is an exciting development in the Charlotte advertising market.  

This new contract gives Titan a leading presence in one of the fastest growing cities in the nation, as well as the country's #23 DMA. Titan will immediately open an office in the Charlotte area to support this new contract and also plans to expand its business in the Charlotte area. The office will be managed by new General Manager JD Allman. Allman has worked in a number of roles in the Company, most recently as a local market Sales Executive in Titan's New York headquarters.
