(PINKSHEETS: TIVU) today announced it has named the audit firm of Peter Messineo, CPA, a PCAOB registered public accounting firm, to perform an audit of the Company's previous two years of financial statements required to become a fully reporting Company with the United States Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
