TMS International Corp. Announces 2012 Fourth Quarter Earnings Date

PITTSBURGH, Jan. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- TMS International Corp. (NYSE: TMS), the parent company of Tube City IMS Corporation, a leading provider of outsourced industrial services to steel mills globally, today announced that it plans to release its fourth quarter and year-end 2012 financial results before the opening of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday, February 14, 2013 to be followed by a conference call at 11 a.m. Eastern time.
