WASHINGTON, April 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Air Force Director of Public Affairs, Brigadier General Kathleen Cook, and NASA's Associate Administrator for Communications, David Weaver, will deliver opening keynotes on May 4 and 5 at the annual National Summit on Strategic Communications, which attracts some of the sharpest minds in the communications profession to Washington, D.C. each spring.
