SKB Architecture and Design is providing architectural services for the firm.
Ogletree Deakins, one of the nation's largest labor and employment law firms with more than 500 attorneys in 40 offices nationwide, has signed a ten (10) year, 5 months, 19,234 square foot lease there. These 57,702 square foot deals bring the building to 95% total occupancy.
