Tower Wins 2013 Service Excellence CEL Award Three Years in a Row
ROCKVILLE, Md., May 22, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Tower Companies announced that they have won CEL & Associates, Inc.'s National Commercial Real Estate 2013 Customer Service Award for Excellence for the third year in a row.
Based on the results of a national survey, clients in Tower-owned and managed properties graded everything from leasing, tenant construction, quality of maintenance, resolution response time, ease of clients reaching management, and other important service criteria.
