ROCKVILLE, Md., May 22, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Tower Companies announced that they have won CEL & Associates, Inc.'s National Commercial Real Estate 2013 Customer Service Award for Excellence for the third year in a row.
Based on the results of a national survey, clients in Tower-owned and managed properties graded everything from leasing, tenant construction, quality of maintenance, resolution response time, ease of clients reaching management, and other important service criteria.
"Our entire team is continuously focused on service excellence, from top executives, to maintenance and engineering staff, and are trained to anticipate and proactively work with clients to make certain their needs are met. When clients quantify that in a national survey, it's gratifying to know we're doing things right," stated Tower's Vice President of Property Management, Debbie Webb, CPM®, RPA and LEED® Accredited Professional. She continued, "A three-year win means we will work even harder to put clients first and to provide Platinum Service."
Known as the "A List" Awards For Service Excellence, since 1997, the awards recognize companies whose management performance and commitment to the highest level and quality of service are "Best in the Industry," an honor bestowed on real estate firms that achieve the highest levels of Tenant satisfaction. The tenants of the individual buildings complete the survey.
CEL & Associates, Inc. sets national performance benchmarks by compiling customer satisfaction survey data from more than 2,500,000 surveys in thousands of buildings and communities to determine which real estate organizations and properties provide superior service to their customers. The multiple award categories range from Category I for 100 or more properties to Category IV for 15 or fewer and are based on portfolio size, type of firm and product specialization. The coveted National Real Estate Awards are considered to be one of the most sought after recognition programs within the industry.
