TOYOTech Wins 2016 Frost and Sullivan North American Leadership Award
Synesis Honored as Enabling Packet Capture in High Speed Ethernet Networks
FREMONT, Calif., June 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- TOYOTech today announced that the company has been honored with the coveted Frost and Sullivan 2016 North American Packet Capture in High Speed Ethernet Networks Customer Value Leadership Award. TOYOTech was recognized for its packet capture and analysis system technologies designed for high speed Ethernet networks, and for providing quality and value to its customers, helping to future proof their investments.
TOYOTech's Synesis packet capture and analysis system is a proprietary platform for data collection on high speed networks. Fueled by a myriad of new applications and services, network infrastructures are fast evolving to 100GbE networks. In addition to being one of the few solutions in its class that supports the 100GbE data rates, Synesis is the only platform guaranteed to successfully capture and report every communication event in a 100GbE network. Equally important, Synesis accomplishes this with no adverse impact to the network or network services. Synesis can integrate with customers' existing analysis engines to create visualizations and generate insights on network performance, ensure real-time network performance optimization, and investigate any event related to network security breach.
"Synesis is the only solution that can capture and stream packets to disk at 100GbE wire speed without any packet loss," said Olga Yashkova, Program Manager, Frost & Sullivan. "Backed by its network stream-to-disk feature, Synesis eliminates the risk of trace file loss. In addition, the Open Design Box architecture of Synesis adds to the system's unique flexibility in terms of allowing it to function as both a standalone packet capture and an analyzer platform."
Customers can easily customize Synesis and deploy it to address a growing number of use cases, such as network analysis, deep packet inspection, performance monitoring and threat verification without having to undergo any disruptive transformation to the existing platform. This empowers users to manage and monitor their entire network infrastructure from an "always-on" single set of tools.
"We're delighted that Synesis won the prestigious 2016 Frost and Sullivan Customer Value Leadership Award. TOYOTech believes the award is reflective of our commitment to provide next generation solutions to the challenges facing IT organizations today," said Bo Han, CEO of TOYOTech. "We are dedicated to the development of networking measurement innovations that offer unparalleled insight into the world's faster networks. Synesis is an indispensable tool that helps network administrators and engineers better understand the data traversing their high speed networks. It identifies potential issues and problems before they can impact and disrupt an organization thereby helping to optimize IT operations and delivering IT agility while greatly reducing risks."
Frost & Sullivan analysts examined two macro-level benchmarks when evaluating candidate companies for the Customer Value Leadership award. In the customer impact benchmark, the five criteria were price/performance value, customer purchase experience, customer ownership experience, customer service experience and brand equity. Similarly, in the second benchmark, business impact, there were also five criteria. They were financial performance, customer acquisition, operational efficiency, growth potential and human capital. A Decision Support Scorecard was used to track results. Among the companies Frost and Sullivan evaluated, TOYOTech proved to be best-in-class in both the customer impact and business impact benchmarks.
