TPI's Board of Directors has established Monday, February 13, 2012, as the record date for determining the stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.

Stockholder proposals must be received no later than Friday, February 17, 2012, in order to be considered for inclusion in the Company's proxy statement or to be presented at the Annual Meeting.
