Track Economic Indicators Through the Census Bureau's Mobile App (Tip Sheet only)

This week the Department of Commerce is releasing several key Census Bureau economic indicators: Construction Spending (Construction Put in Place) for October 2012 (Dec. 3); Full Report – Manufacturers' Shipments, Inventories and Orders for October 2012 (Dec. 5); and Quarterly Services Survey for the third quarter of 2012 (Dec. 6). The Bureau of Labor Statistics is also releasing an economic indicator, The Employment Situation for November 2012 (Dec. 7). All these indicators may be accessed through the Census Bureau's free, easy-to-use mobile app, "America's Economy," available for download for both Apple and Android phones and tablets. The app provides real-time updates for 16 key economic indicators from the Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics and Bureau of Economic Analysis. http://www.census.gov/mobile/
