Tractor Supply Company Declares Quarterly Dividend

BRENTWOOD, Tenn., Feb. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Tractor Supply Company (Nasdaq: TSCO), the largest retail farm and ranch store chain in the United States, today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share of the Company's common stock.

The dividend will be paid on March 8, 2011, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 22, 2011.
