This agreement between TransFirst and City Bank Texas runs through 2017.

Through the agreement, TransFirst will continue to offer its payment processing products and services to business customers of City Bank Texas' holding company and its affiliate members. City Bank Texas' customers will be able to take advantage of the full array of TransFirst's payment processing services, including Transaction Express®, an online centralized payment gateway; and TransLink, a comprehensive web-based reporting system and management tool that delivers 24/7 access to a variety of merchant services and merchant bankcard solutions.
