Transparent Media Partners Adds Eric Bader To Executive Roster
New MarTech consultancy taps industry veteran to help brands navigate the complex technology landscape.
CHICAGO, April 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- MarTech consultancy Transparent Media Partners has added a new partner to its team of media and technology experts. Eric Bader will oversee operations for the Chicago-based start-up, focusing on helping brand marketers unlock the full potential of emerging technology.
Bader brings two decades of experience as an agency head and start-up entrepreneur. Prior to joining Transparent, Bader was Chief Marketing Officer at RadiumOne, helping grow the start-up into one of the world's largest programmatic ad platforms. He was also the co-founder and leader of mobile company BrandInHand and Global President and Chief Strategy Officer of Interpublic Group's Initiative Worldwide.
Bader cites cutting through the complexity within the media industry and adtech ecosystem as his reason for joining Transparent. "CMOs want performance and have big concerns over ad fraud, viewability, rebates and transparency. They need objective expertise and tangible plans when it comes to harnessing the right technologies for their unique needs," he says. "Transparent is addressing what CMOs need. Transparent founder and former Starcom Mediavest Group president Andrew Swinand says Bader provides a wealth of technology experience that's essential to guiding clients during confusing times. Since its launch last fall, Transparent has consulted a global luxury goods conglomerate, an international hotel chain and several leading consumer packaged goods brands. Bader will join co-partners Stephanie Ridley, head of accounts, and Bryan Simkins, head of technology, in leading a team of people with experience in marketing technology, media strategy and buying and analytics. Bader will be based in San Francisco, focusing on expanding capabilities and talent along the West coast.
