NEW YORK, Nov. 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Transwestern's New York office today announces commercial real estate veteran Dino Piccini joins the firm's growing Tenant Advisory Services platform as partner. Piccini will be managing and expanding brokerage services for corporate accounts based in the Northeast region, including New York, New Jersey, Boston and Connecticut.

Piccini has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 25 years. From 2000 to 2011, he was president of Global Corporate Services at DTZ, where he led a team that managed a number of global occupier accounts. When the firm was purchased by UGL and subsequently merged with Cassidy Turley and Cushman & Wakefield, he remained on board serving as senior vice president. During his career, he has represented a multitude of prominent clients, including the United Nations, Marsh & McLennan Co., Air Products & Chemicals, Walt Disney Imagineering, JPMorgan Chase, Cigna, U.S. Department of State, UNICEF and Pfizer.

Piccini earned a bachelor's degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and attended the Wharton Real Estate School at the University of Pennsylvania where he focused on finance and commercial real estate. He currently serves as Treasurer for the New York City Chapter of CoreNet and was a Board Member and Treasurer of CoreNet Global from 2009 to 2012.
