Trico was represented by Progressive Realty Partners, Inc. and will hire Hard Hat, Inc. as a general contractor. Together Trico and Hard Hat will construct a second floor within the existing 21 foot high industrial building, effectively creating 94,000 net rentable square feet of Self-Storage space. Trico plans to take advantage of the dense Orange County market and leverage the marketing of Trico's existing Self-Storage facility, Lighthouse Self Storage at Beach Blvd., currently near 100% occupancy.
