Triunfo signs the Concession Contract for the International Airport of Campinas

SAO PAULO, June 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Triunfo Participacoes e Investimentos S.A. [BM&FBovespa: TPIS3; ADR: TPIUY] – a company that operates in the infrastructure sector in the highway, port logistics and power generation segments – has announced that its subsidiary Aeroportos Brasil - Viracopos S.A. ("Concessionaire"), has signed with the National Civil Aviation Agency ("ANAC") the concession contract for the expansion, maintenance and operation of the International Airport of Campinas (Viracopos), for the upcoming 30 (thirty) years.

Triunfo has 23% of indirect participation in the business, since the Concessionaire is formed by the shareholders (i) Aeroportos Brasil S.A. ("Private Shareholder "), which holds a 51% stake, and (ii) Empresa Brasileira de Infraestrutura Aeroportuaria - INFRAERO, which holds a 49% stake.

The Private Shareholder is a special purpose enterprise winner of the Auction 002/2011, which has the following shareholding structure: Triunfo with 45%, UTC Participacoes S.A. with 45%, and Egis Airport Operation with 10%.
