HAZELTON, Pa., Jan. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Troy Healthcare today announced that the company has purchased the Stopain® brand from former owners, DRJ Group Inc. Simultaneously, the company unveiled a new gel that is coming to stores in early 2011. Troy Healthcare is a subsidiary of Troy Manufacturing Inc., which has manufactured Stopain products since 2002.

New Stopain Gel Ready for Retail in 2011
Scheduled to hit store shelves and retail web sites in early 2011, new Stopain Pain Relieving Gel contains 38 percent more of the active ingredient menthol than any other product in the cooling gel category. Menthol is recognized by the Food and Drug Administration as an analgesic that provides temporary relief from minor pains and stiffness of arthritis, muscle aches, strains and back pain. New Stopain Gel offers an outstanding customer value with a manufacturer's suggested retail price of $5.99.
The non-greasy, non-staining gel formula comes in a 2.5 ounce tube. The pleasantly scented gel uses a flip-top cap for easy opening.
