Trust Company Of America Announces Strong Second Quarter Results
DENVER, Aug. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Trust Company of America (TCA), the independent custodian offering fully integrated, real-time technology and back office services built exclusively for RIAs, today announced continued growth in the second quarter of 2013, with new clients, new partnerships and an updated brand.
The results were achieved through the addition of ten new clients to TCA's technology and custody platform. "We're very pleased to be building on our momentum from the first quarter," said Joshua Pace, Senior Vice President, Business Development. "This shows the on-going demand for efficient and scalable technology in combination with high-touch service that assists advisors in growing their practice."
Among the highlights of the second quarter:
- A new partnership between TCA and RIA in a Box. The partnership reflects heightened demand for TCA's Advisor Pathway's program, which assists RIAs in choosing a new career direction—whether they want to start an independent RIA, join an existing one, or sell their practice and exit the market.
- A strategic relationship with United Planners Financial Services (UP), a national RIA and independent broker-dealer partnership with more than 350 advisors nationwide.
- New branding that reflects TCA's longstanding non-competitive partnership with RIAs and its focus on helping advisors work more efficiently to grow their practices and serve investors.
"These results show that we are winning the business of some of the most successful RIA firms in the industry," said Joshua. "We think of our advisors as our partners and we never compete against them for individual investors. Our focus is on helping RIAs to grow their businesses without growing overhead, streamlining business practices and better serving investors."
