SALT LAKE CITY, May 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Chad England, Chief Executive Officer of C.R. England, one of North America's largest transportation companies, has announced the appointment of Sam Scott and Tracy Brown as new division presidents. Scott will take on the role of President National and Regional Divisions and Brown will assume the role of President Dedicated Division.

Mr. Scott has been with C.R. England since 2003, serving in various capacities at the manager, director and vice president levels in the company. In his most recent position, first as Director, then Vice President of Intermodal Operations, Mr. Scott oversaw C.R. England's Intermodal expansion, playing a key role in the facilitation and support of extraordinary growth with the addition of refrigerated 53-foot Container on Flat Car service.
As President of the National and Regional Divisions, Mr. Scott is responsible for the five business segments within those divisions; Fleet Management, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Load Planning and Optimization, and Network Development. Under his direction, his team maintains and manages over-the-road operations.
Mr. Brown joined C.R. England in 2008, and has held various positions within the Dedicated Division including Director Dedicated Operations and Vice President Dedicated Operations. Mr. Brown has also been the company expert on England's efforts to utilize liquefied natural gas tractors in its Ontario, California Dedicated fleet.
As President of the Dedicated Division, Mr. Brown has responsibility for more than 1,825 trucks and 2,600 employees which creates over 26 percent of the company's revenue. Prior to C.R. England, Mr. Brown worked in an operations capacity for leading companies such as Exel Direct, Staples and Walmart.
