Tyden Group Acquires Stoffel Seals

LIVINGSTON, N.J., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Stoffel Seals Corporation, a manufacturer of security and traceability products and brand identification and promotional solutions, has been acquired by Livingston, NJ based Tyden Group Holdings Corporation. Tyden Group is a Crimson Investment and Bertram Capital portfolio company.

Combined with Stoffel Seals, TydenBrooks Security Products Group will produce a comprehensive offering of cable and bolt barrier seals, plastic and metal strap indicative seals, specialty adhesive and other non-cargo seals, brand identification and technology-enabled products.
