UBM Tech Takes Home Six Awards from ExpoNext Conference Company Wins Expo Elite, Rising Star and EXCITE Awards, with Four Honorable Mentions
SAN FRANCISCO, July 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- UBM Tech live events and professionals collectively accepted six awards at ExpoNext 2014, a conference and awards program designed by the editors of EXPO for leading tradeshow and event producers. The awards recognized UBM Tech's strong leadership and highlighted the company's strides in community engagement, media relations, PR strategy and more.
The awards UBM Tech received include:
Expo Elite Award
- Paul Miller, CEO
The Expo Elite Awards honor some of the most distinguished event executives who have developed forward-thinking strategies within their organizations and had a positive influence on the industry. Miller took home the Expo Elite award as the visionary of UBM Tech's community strategy, which places live events at the core of all business efforts. The strategy has proven successful in boosting event attendance by leveraging highly relevant content across online editorial communities.
