UC Irvine Extension Offers New Content Marketing Course And On-demand Webinar Feature Curriculum Highlights Marketing Strategy Development; Webinar Provides Preview of Course
IRVINE, Calif., July 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- According to the Content Marketing Institute, 93 percent of business-to-business (B2B) marketers in 2013 utilized content marketing, and this percentage is expected to rise in coming years. The University of California, Irvine Extension is addressing the new demand for effective content creation with a month long online Content Marketing course beginning Aug. 11. The course provides the knowledge and skills necessary to design, develop, promote and manage digital, mobile and social content marketing campaigns. It is designed for product managers, digital marketers, social media strategists, entrepreneurs and business leaders who wish to manage and sustain a scalable content marketing strategy.

Currently the Digital and Social Media Director at Sprocket Media, Felix leads B2B digital, publishing and social media projects for Fortune 500 companies and collaborates with many marketing and sales leaders in the information technology industry. The on-demand webinar will provide prospective participants the opportunity to learn more about the best practices in utilizing content marketing that will be further examined in the course.
