UFood Grill Debuts New Restaurant Prototype

BOSTON, July 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- UFood Grill, the award-winning fast-casual restaurant franchise where "delicious meets nutritious," has debuted a new prototype for a traditional in-line design that the company plans to franchise across America.

The new prototype was designed by Interior Systems, Inc. (ISI) and its Studio 500 team – one of the country's leading restaurant design firms.

The new prototype format averages 1800 square feet but is flexible enough to accommodate larger or smaller spaces in any shape. The design will provide dine-in seating for up to 36 guests.

UFood Grill plans to open one of the first locations in the greater Boston market by early 2016. The restaurant will be in close proximately to corporate headquarters to fulfill site visits for the growing list of franchise prospects attending UFood Grill Discovery Days.
