She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Signorino brings 16 years of experience to this new venture.
Dr. Bill Pickard graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville before moving to the University of Tennessee, Memphis to attain his DDS and MS degrees. More than 42 years of experience as an orthodontist and clinical director has gained him professional respect and excellent communication with family dentists and dental specialists.
