Union Pacific Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

OMAHA, Neb., July 26, 2012 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Union Pacific Corporation (NYSE: UNP) has declared a quarterly dividend of 60 cents per share on its common stock, payable October 1, 2012, to stockholders of record August 31, 2012.
