OMAHA, Neb., Feb. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Union Pacific Corporation (NYSE: UNP) has declared a quarterly dividend of 69 cents per share on its common stock, payable April 1, 2013, to stockholders of record February 28, 2013.
