Unisys Positioned in "Leaders" Quadrant in 2013 End-User Outsourcing Services, North America Magic Quadrant Report
BLUE BELL, Pa., Nov. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) today announced that it has been positioned in the "Leaders" quadrant in the Gartner, Inc. 2013 Magic Quadrant for End-User Outsourcing Services, North America.
This report is the first Magic Quadrant on North American end-user outsourcing services that Gartner has published. The report consolidates the Magic Quadrants for Help Desk Outsourcing Services and Desktop Outsourcing Services that Gartner published in prior years.
According to Gartner, "end-user outsourcing (EUO) services includes services that span clients' day-to-day management and operations of desktop, mobility and service desk." 1
Gartner states that providers in the "Leaders" quadrant "deliver their service solutions skillfully, have a clear vision of the direction of the service market, and are actively building and improving their competencies to sustain their leadership positions. The Leaders quadrant indicates the maturing EUO service market. However, the continuing changes in the delivery model capabilities will continue to drive continued change in the market. Leaders have demonstrated their many years of experience in delivering EUO services, and they understand the requirements to successfully deliver these services. They have proven their Ability to Execute their strategic visions. This was particularly evident during the reference-checking portion of the analysis."
