Richard has over seventeen years of residential valuation experience, including eight years as a branch manager for Forsythe Appraisals, LLC. Richard adds seasoned industry experience to the senior management team of United States Appraisals, directing its team of internal review appraisers and maintaining appraisal compliance in the face of rapidly changing mortgage regulations.
