BOUNTIFUL, Utah, Feb. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Utah Plumbing and Heating Contractors Association recently announced a new Executive Director: Mr. David Hill. A former partner at Cameron Construction, Hill has been a part of the construction industry for most of his career.
