SCOTTSDALE, AZ, June 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ - Upper Street Marketing Inc. (Upper Street) and Ennoble Progressive Beverage Distribution (Ennoble) have terminated the Share Exchange Agreement between the two companies. The agreement is being terminated as the terms of the Share Exchange Agreement will be unable to be met by the deadline of June 25, 2017.
Upper Street would also like to announce that Guirec Danno will be stepping down as a Director of Upper Street Marketing Inc.
