WASHINGTON, Jan. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- U.S. Conference of Mayors President Philadelphia Mayor Michael A. Nutter today will participate in a hearing on Capitol Hill entitled, "Gun Violence Prevention: A Call to Action."
