U.S. Department of the Treasury Seized & Forfeited General Property Program

POMPANO BEACH, Fla., July 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- VSE Corporation and Rick Levin & Associates, Inc. will conduct an auction of seized and forfeited property on behalf of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. 

Other agencies that are participating include: U.S. Customs & Border Protection, Immigration & Customs Enforcement, Internal Revenue Service, and Secret Service.  Proceeds from the auction are returned to these agencies through the Treasury Asset Forfeiture Fund for the continuation of their enforcement efforts.  

The auction will take place at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, August 1, 2012, at the VSE Pompano Beach Warehouse, at 2951 NW 27^th Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL 33069. 

A wide variety of merchandise will be auctioned, including:

• 1976 "Kraken" Hatteras Vessel, 1986 Bertram Vessel, and 1983 Chris Craft Vessel
•  Gold and Silver Coins
•  Wines and Champagnes
• Designer Watches, Diamond and Gold Jewelry
• Laptops, iPads, and Digital Cameras

Main previews of these items will take place at the VSE Pompano Beach Warehouse located at 2951 NW 27^th Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL 33069 on Tuesday, July 31, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Bidders may also register for the auction during the preview time.  Registration begins at 8 a.m. day of sale. There are no property previews on sale day.
