US Sees Steep Rise in Schools Offering Cambridge International Qualifications
CAMBRIDGE, England, June 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
The number of schools offering Cambridge qualifications in the US has risen significantly over the past year. Schools in the US made over 50 000 exam entries for Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge International AS and A Level, a rise of 52 per cent since 2012.
There are now 270 Cambridge schools in the US, and more than 9000 schools in 160 countries make up the Cambridge learning community worldwide.
The core subjects most popular among learners in the US at Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge International AS and A Level are English, history and maths.
