In honor of their gold medal in the women's team competition at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, Kellogg's announced today that the team will be featured on special-edition boxes of Kellogg's® Corn Flakes® which will be on shelves this fall. Kellogg Company is an official sponsor of the United States Olympic Committee and USA Gymnastics. The box will feature team members, Gabby Douglas, McKayla Maroney, Aly Raisman, Kyla Ross and Jordyn Wieber.
"The women's team made history last week becoming the first team to capture gold since the 1996 Olympic Games," said USA Gymnastics President, Steve Penny. "We're thrilled that the success of the team can be celebrated with consumers everywhere with the special-edition box of Kellogg® Corn Flakes. Fans will also be able to see the women's team and other gymnastic stars in action this fall as part of the Kellogg's Tour of Gymnastics."
