UTC Aerospace Systems celebrates first year anniversary
CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- UTC Aerospace Systems recently celebrated its first anniversary, one year after United Technologies acquired Goodrich Corporation. UTC Aerospace Systems (UTAS) is a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

Following the closing of the acquisition, UTC combined its Hamilton Sundstrand unit with Goodrich to form UTC Aerospace Systems.
