UTC Board of Directors Announces Quarterly Dividend

 

HARTFORD, Conn., Feb. 6, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- United Technologies Corp.'s (NYSE: UTX) Board of Directors today declared a dividend of 48 cents per common share payable March 10 to shareowners of record at the close of business Feb. 17. The ex-dividend date is Feb. 15.

UTC has paid cash dividends on its common stock every year since 1936.

Based in Hartford, Connecticut, UTC is a diversified company that provides high technology products and services to the aerospace and building industries worldwide.
