Velázquez on Jacob Ostreicher's Return to United States

WASHINGTON, Dec. 17, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Rep. Nydia M. Velázquez (D-NY) issued the following statement regarding media reports that Brooklyn native Jacob Ostreicher has returned to the United States after being illegally detained for more than two years in Bolivia:
