Chelsvig has served for more than 15 years in executive human resources and operations roles for a variety of highly successful tech-focused companies, most recently at the Rubicon Project, a publicly traded advertising automation company. Helping organizations scale through high growth has been an important focus for Chelsvig in her most recent roles, including vice president of people and IT at the Rubicon Project and vice president of human resources and workspace at Green Dot Corporation. Chelsvig earned her master's degree in psychology at Golden Gate University and her bachelor's degree at San Francisco State University.
