VenueSeen Launches First All-in-One Instagram Campaigns Tool, Helps Brands Increase Engagement Leads
Using VenueSeen Campaigns, marketers can easily create, implement and manage effective Instagram campaigns
COLUMBUS, Ohio, Sept. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- With over 5 billion photos shared on Instagram, brands and marketers have flocked to the social network to connect with their fans and followers – even though there wasn't an effective way to capture contact information or extend the relationship beyond "liking" photos. Until now, that is. VenueSeen, a social media management platform, is releasing a new Campaigns feature – the first all-in-one management and CRM tool to run Instagram campaigns. By letting brands and marketers collect and export contact information and auto-post comments to photos, these new features ultimately help brands build more effective Instagram campaigns.
"With no easy way to collect contact information, brands and marketers running Instagram campaigns are missing out on a huge opportunity to extend communication and build long-term relationships with their customers," explained Brian Zuercher, VenueSeen's CEO. "VenueSeen Campaigns gives brands the tools they need to increase their Instagram presence and engagement, expand their network, generate leads and build their email list."
VenueSeen Campaigns will help users drive better results by providing an easy start-to-finish dashboard for creating, implementing and managing hashtag-driven Instagram marketing campaigns. Plus, the features create a new way for marketers and brands to build their email database by allowing users to collect participant's contact information and export them for future use.
One brand VenueSeen Campaigns is launching with is Warrior & Brine Lacrosse.
"We know our consumers are heavily using visual social media tools like Instagram. However, we haven't quite figured out how to engage them in this space in a meaningful and relevant way," explained Mike Rabinovitz, Warrior Lacrosse's brand manager. "VenueSeen Campaigns allows us to do just that – help us create more meaningful relationships in this space. That's key for us to turn fans and followers into repeat customers."
Here's how it works:
- Create: Brands and marketers easily set up a hashtag-driven campaign that enables them to monitor and promote the photos shared on Instagram through the campaign dashboard.
- Implement: As consumers share photos with the hashtag on Instagram, a message from the brand is automatically posted to the photo with a URL driving the user to a custom brand site to verify their photo. The brand is able to monitor the submitted photos and approve them to be published on a custom brand site.
- Manage: Once a photo has been published to the brand's custom campaign site, users visit the site to verify their Instagram account and register their photo with the brand's campaign. Brands can collect the information and manage it within the VenueSeen Campaigns dashboard, or export the information for future use.
