PHOENIX, Dec. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Viad Corp (NYSE: VVI) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share on the common stock. The dividend is payable January 3, 2012, to stockholders of record December 16, 2011.
