PHOENIX, May 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Viad Corp (NYSE: VVI) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share on the common stock. The dividend is payable July 2, 2012, to stockholders of record June 1, 2012.
