The latter represents a new designated market area (DMA) for Viamedia.
commZoom is a newly formed San Antonio-based internet, cable TV and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone provider, with business operations in 13 south Texas markets. The company is currently upgrading all of its services and infrastructure, including the introduction of internet delivery via a high speed Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) network infrastructure to local neighborhoods and business districts, with fiber expansion plans in many of the existing markets.
