Haro brings a unique point of view on technological innovation and extensive expertise and experience in digital marketing technology. Haro will be pivotal in applying his experience with product engineering, analytics and business intelligence platforms and technologies to Vibes' approach to Mobile Relationship Management (MRM).

Over the past 16 years, Haro has worked on a diverse mix of emerging digital marketing technologies and platforms. Haro joins Vibes from iCrossing, a global digital marketing and technology company, where he was senior vice president of software engineering for product development. Haro was responsible for the development and delivery of all of iCrossing's proprietary marketing technology products, its data warehouses, business intelligence systems and advanced analytical tools. While at iCrossing, Haro rapidly grew the software engineering group and created the data services teams to capitalize on iCrossing's large and valuable data warehouse and aligned the engineering organization to support increasing demand on predictive analytics and attribution modeling.
